SLB Marketing is actively involved in carrying out every detail of our clients marketing plan— we can do it all or oversee, follow up, and coach restaurant management and staff. We will do whatever it takes to make our clients happy and successful.
We specialize in restaurant grand openings, local store marketing, in-house marketing, social media, public relations and media buying.
For local store marketing we represent our restaurants in their communities through neighborhood outreach, relationship building, hotels and concierge partnerships and public relations.
Our in-house marketing includes promoting the restaurant within the four walls and highlighting what the client does best. We want to make every guest feel special and have a reason to return to our restaurants.
Social Media is where it’s at, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and e-marketing. You have to be a part of the internet phenomena to be in the game, we will help you do that.
Susie is a native Seattleite, Seattle University grad and a restaurant brand and marketing maven with over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to starting SLB Marketing in 2002, Susie held the position of Vice President of Marketing for the Billy McHale’s Corporation, a two-brand, nine unit restaurant company based in the Pacific Northwest with restaurants in western Washington and Atlanta, Georgia.
Her passion for “everything food” has her doing what she loves, marketing amazing chefs, restaurants, local food and wine, artisan beer and more.
She’s a member of the restaurant consulting group for the Bellevue Downtown Association, represents her clients as a member of Visit Seattle, Visit Bellevue and many local chambers and organizations.
An avid volunteer she’s a past little league coach, boy scout leader and parent club president.
Susie currently sits on the advisory board at Kennedy Catholic High School.
A believer in the power of community, she partners closely with local leaders to promote her clients brands.
While not working, Susie can be found entertaining friends and family, traveling, wine tasting or crabbing and clamming at her “happy place,” Birch Bay. She lives in Maple Valley with her husband Otto, two sons and her 4.5 pound Chihuahua, Oliver.
